Charlie Peppler's value as a mediator and arbitrator is enhanced by his more than 45 years in private litigation practice and service as the Pensacola City Attorney and as a deputy Escambia County attorney. In August 2023, he was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit court mediator.
He has handled major litigation involving personal injury, civil rights, labor and employment (including employment discrimination), construction defects, breach of contract and administrative law, environmental and natural resource issues, and government contracts and procurement.
For 25 years before becoming a local government lawyer, Charlie conducted a successful private litigation practice that encompassed personal injury, labor and employment, and criminal law. In 1997 he obtained board certification in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Charlie earned his law degree at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, and his bachelor's degree at the University of Miami.
