As an active litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants throughout southwest Alabama, Dave has gained a valuable, balanced perspective for the interests and objectives of parties on both sides of a civil dispute. He has litigated and mediated a wide variety of cases, with an emphasis on tort claims and probate and estate disputes.
Dave has mediated cases in Escambia, Mobile, Baldwin, Montgomery, Butler, Elmore, Autauga, and Monroe counties, has arbitrated multiple cases to conclusion, and is registered on both the mediator and arbitrator lists with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
