Nikki Still is a mediator with Schreiber ADR and a seasoned attorney and former Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge. She brings nearly three decades of experience as a litigator, judge, and trusted advisor in a wide variety of civil matters, including commercial disputes, employment, construction, personal injury, medical negligence, and contract law.
Prior to joining Schreiber ADR in April 2026, Ms. Still practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama. She holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2008. She began her career litigating tort and discrimination cases and later led a litigation section handling matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, including serving as one of the lead trial attorneys in a Madison County business case resulting in a $42 million jury verdict.
In 2009, Ms. Still was appointed by Governor Bob Riley to the Jefferson County Circuit Court, Civil Division, where she served through 2012. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Birmingham School of Law, teaching Legal Methods and Legal Writing.
