Richard joins Allen Schreiber, Phillip McCallum, and Gaynor St. John after 23 years at Upchurch Watson.
Richard is a former trial lawyer, a Diplomate Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Richard has been a certified mediator in Florida for 25 years and has mediated over 3,000 civil litigation matters. He is an active member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, having served as co-chair of both the mediation and membership committees and on the Section Council.
