The Best Lawyers in America® has named Allen Schreiber the 2024 "Lawyer of the Year" (Birmingham) in Mediation.
Allen's recognition was announced August 17, along with his 13th consecutive Best Lawyers® selection in the categories of Mediation and Arbitration.
The 2024 Lawyer of the Year award is Allen's third. He was also named Birmingham Lawyer of the Year in 2017 (Mediation) and 2019 (Arbitration).
A long-time leader among Alabama mediators, arbitrators and litigators, Allen is a Founding Diplomat of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals; a Fellow and past president of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators; a member of the American Arbitration Association's Commercial, Employment, and Consumer panels; a member of the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution; vice president of the Alabama State Bar Dispute Resolution Section; a Founding Fellow of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators; and a board member of the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
